The Private Employment Agencies Association of Uzbekistan (XBA), representing 15 officially licensed private recruiting agencies in Uzbekistan, is pleased to announce a series of international business meetings with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Migration Agency of Uzbekistan.

The purpose of this business mission is to develop cooperation with foreign employers, exchange expertise with international private employment agencies, and establish partnerships that create decent job opportunities for Uzbek workers abroad.
Over 100 European and Turkish companies are expected to participate in each city, representing sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, construction, and services.
This initiative reinforces Uzbekistan’s commitment to ethical recruitment, international labor standards, and sustainable employment practices.
